Fitness Goals

My physical fitness journey is just that…a JOURNEY. I’m not obsessed with the destination. I give my best effort every day, every work out, every time. Setting goals keeps me motivated and excited to keep crushing it. My current goals are to master King Cobra yoga pose and consistently finish a Peloton ride in the top 30%. One could say (and they do) I am obsessed with that bike. The leaderboard is beyond motivating and speaks to my competitive nature.

The above are snap shots of my Peloton rides. The Leaderboard Rank is what I live by. It tells me where I fall in the line up. Did I crush it or give mediocre effort? On these rides I achieved my goal of finishing in the top 30%! Consistency is key and hard work pays off!
